Driving

We hired a car and hit the road, heading north. We were going to The North. On the way we stopped at a roadside collection of eateries, nothing like a 'roadside diner' but rather a number of fast food chains in a mini-mall of sorts. Even supermarkets and newsagents were represented. We went to Starbucks and, inspired by the place, I ordered a jumbo frappuccino type thing. It was disgusting.

 

There was also a casino, something we saw at all roadside centres we stopped at.
